This machine has two structures for selection: Structures of German Machining center and Italy Machining Center.  it's controlled by CNC three-axis linkage interpolation, realizing orderly machining for the aluminum alloy, PVC and normal light alloy and steel profile.

 

It's produced by one-time machining center after annealing treatment, adopts box-structure lathe bed and gantry structure girder ,as well as original imported west German ball screw, linear guide, pinion and rack and Italian "HSD" air-cooled spindle to ensure its stability, precision and efficiency, meanwhile we provide special clamps so that it can machining different profiles and improve the precision and efficiency. All the moving parts are lubricated by interval supply system and tools are cooled by cooling spray system to prolong the lifespan and improve the fineness of the workpieces; equipped with dust recycling bin, moveable feeding worktable, light curtain safety guard, it ensures safe and environmental operation.        

 

This machine has good expansibility: It can work as three-axis machining center after installation of Automatic Tool Change and tool magazine, also work as four-axis or five -axis machining center after installation of C axis; and CNC multi-head milling machine after installation of Z-axis and Y-axis CNC machine head.
