Adopting mature German design concept and application of the latest operation requirements and practices,it is developed for the cutting 45°angle of 38,50,65 Series of aluminum alloy profile of doors and windows, picture frames and heat insulating doors and windows.

The two blades are fixed to constitute 45° to cutting 45 degree profile,  adopt German 13" hard alloy saw blades, imported guide rail, automatic cooling spray lubrication and Hydropneumatic damper stepless speed regulation,thus it has high linear velocity and stable cutting angle,good surface finish, high precision and stable feeding.

The new type 45°cutting saw The saw blade will go down automatically after finishing the cutting jobs and it won’t touch the edges of cut-off material on the cutting table, which ensures a very high quality cutting without burrs and sawing curves on the material.
